Lee Purtty
Board President
Lee Andrew Purtty of Pleasanton, California was appointed as Board President of Holistic Healing Behavioral Healthcare in 2020. Lee’s compassion to serve others has offered him the opportunity to give back to the community. He has volunteered in various capacities of community outreach to marginalized populations. Lee supported the Community Organized for Black Youth (COBY Network). Presently, Lee engages in a friends and stewards partnership with the African American Museum and Library at Oakland, in the Oakland, California community (AAMLO), community outreach, bringing about awareness of current issues as it relates to institutional and systemic racism, and providing education on historical legacies of African-American people worldwide. He has also volunteered as a California State Employee Association (CSEA) San Diego union job steward and District Bargaining Unit Representative (DBUR).
He received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management at Oakwood University and Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice College of the Canyon. Additional certification of training in Investigations at College of the Canyon, Crime and Intelligence Analysis from California State University Northridge – The Roland Tseng College of Extended learning, Neuro – Behavioral Coaching from The Jacob Research Institute. New Life Gospel Medical Missionary Training Course, Gospel of Health Evangelism Training Course, National Insurance Crime Bureau, and previous member of Phi Theta Kappa Society.
Mr. Purtty is currently employed with the State of California – Employment Development Department (EDD) Tax Compliance Representative compliance and investigation. Previously with State Fund – Worker Compensation Insurance Representative – Corporate Marketing. The State of California – Consumer Affairs Dept. held the position of Special Investigator in Health Quality Investigative Unit (HQIU). State of California Dept. of Insurance (DOI) Investigative Assistant – Fraud Division, Criminal Investigation. State of California Dept. of Social Services, Program Technician II Disability Evaluation (DSS). State Dept. of General Service – Division of State Architecture, Office Technician. Over 30 year of civil service with the State of California.
In his spare time Lee enjoys power walking, hiking, weight training, cycling, camping, Kayaking, and travel.

Will Fuller
Vice President
Will Fuller, a collegiate division one football player and Business Major graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He has resided in Portland over 30 years brings a heart of compassion and commitment to HHBH Board of Directors. Mr. Fuller is full of wisdom with a variety of experiences from business finance, management, youth development and coaching.
Eric Smith
Board Secretary
Eric Smith Is a devoted father and husband. His professional career is framed in helping African American fathers re-organize their lives and become effective providers for their children. He is the founder of a nonprofit that helps to navigate young adults phasing out of foster care, offering them stabilized housing and other resources to help fortify positive self-image. Eric is involved with a faith-based group that empowers men to better leaders in their homes, their communities and churches. Eric Volunteers his time in the Oregon Department of Corrections men’s facility and there, he is helping men reconcile themselves to family, the community and their faith foundation. Eric is an unapologetic Raiders fan, enjoys family time, his friends are important to him, loves to tell jokes, full of laughter and the one thing he takes seriously is everything pertaining to a good, healthy and prospero
Gionni Gambino
Board Treasurer
Gionni Gambino is a native of Portland, Oregon and prides himself in assisting and advocating for individuals and families in need. He is a pre-law student and hopes to use his knowledge of law to ensure social equity and justice for marginalized populations. Mr. Gambino currently mentor’s men in recovery and supports the growth and development of his mentees.
His long time commitment of serving others who are experiencing addiction, homelessness,and poverty through advocacy and connecting those whom he serves to long term community resources; makes him an asset to HHBH.
In his spare time Gionni enjoys hiking, camping,fishing, sports; and is considered to be a highly competent chef.
